Guest guest
I guess there is no one person that I can say inspired me; it was going to my first competition as a spectator and seeing those young gals up on stage and my saying " I can do that, and I'm gonna " . Fitness has no age limit, so I thought " why not " . I had busted my butt the previous 5 months, and this gave me something to work towards. I dispise doing mindless workouts and all that is related, even tho it made me look and feel better. I need to have a goal, something to look forward to and this was it. The compliments I receive from total strangers is worth all I put into the fitness " project " . As I have said before, if I feel like I am " slipping " all I need to do is take out my " before " pictures and that IMMEDIATELY gets my mind back on track, because I do not EVER want to look like that again. Perhaps I could also say that the " before " pictures inspire me to keep working at looking and feeling great. Z.
