She says she adds the juice of a quarter to half of a lemon (depending on how much rice she's cooking) and the rice will stay white and fluffy after freezing. I know someone asked about freezing rice and thought I'd pass that tip along. " Some mornings are just not worth chewing through the leather restraints.
