Guest guest Posted January 26, 2006 Report Share Posted January 26, 2006 Hey everyone, I am having a bit of a problem. I have gained two pounds in the past week. This is very discouraging. I am going to be bold and give you all the numbers. Starting weight was 175.5 bf%39+ Week 6 weight 167 bf% 24% (that was Saturday) Now I am 169.5. What the heck is going on? I am still lifting and doing cardio. I am very concerned that I will not meet my 20 lb weight loss by Feb. 22nd. I know the bodyfat % is wonderful, but I want the pounds off!!!!!!! I have been eating 5 meals a day-try to do six, but I go to bed before its time to eat again. I am sticking to the program and haven't cheated on eating unhealthy stuff! Help, help, help. H.
