Lost 2 lbs this week....make 10lbs total. Im having my free day today, but

actually looking forward to getting back on it tomorrow so I can knock off a

couple more lbs next week.

Being " new " , Im curious about something. Ive noticed some of the exercises,

etc some of you post that you are doing, and the length you do them, do not

follow " the plan. " Im curious to know why.....
