Guest guest Posted January 27, 2006 Report Share Posted January 27, 2006 Hello... This is my third attempt at completing the BFL challenge. My husband & I decided to try it again and today is day5. The first time we started BFL we petered out half way thru. But we looked great at the time... We had lost weight, gained muscle and our clothes were fitting! The second time, my husband hurt his shoulder lifting and I didn't follow thru (in support of him of course..) So we have committed to this program again and have goals and expectations for each of us. I am 5ft, 182#, no kids, and a Nursing student full time.
