hello,

i'm going to begin the BFL challenge on monday and am getting myself geared up

for it. i've been a big gym rat for a while but never see results and it has

drove me INSANE! i've had the BFL book for about a year and this past weekend,

i was so disgusted w/myself that i decided to take it out and actually read it

this time. i now understand why i haven't seen any results.

i've been looking through the group photos and am already inspired! you guys

have done an awesome job!
