Di,

I have no idea what you were reading, since Cognis doesn't even list

Plantaren 2000N on their website. As I stated, Plantaren 2000N has a range of

pH from

7.0-9.5. Ours consistently measures from 8.8-9.1. I see nothing to clarify.

Besides, the real bottom-line will be pH of the finished product which

should be measured. Perhaps investing in a pH meter would be helpful.

Di, that's Yahoo's new SpamGuard filter. Until Pat changes the settings in

the group to turn it off, we're going to see random messages marked as

[spam] and delivered. This one came through this morning marked this way.

Ok...I turned mine off so it shouldn't be coming up on HLBTalk...I

had a number of emails telling me about this new filter, but had no

clue what it was about until I checked the settings.

Thanks Jen!

OK, so does anyone know how and where it can be turned off? I've been

looking in a couple of lists I run and can't find any way to do so.
