What causes sudden aggression in a usually passive toddler? X-post

So today my 2 yr old put two other 2yr olds in a headlock at the same time at

school. He is being too rough all of a sudden. We have actually been trying to

get him to be more assertive with other kids because he lets them walk all over

them and take his toys. Now he is being too aggressive. The only thing that has

changed about his regimen is we had to take him off his Ketoconazole because of

elevated liver enzymes. He is on everything natural for yeast but just noticed

last night his tounge is coated again. Can yeast cause aggression and aggression

only? He is still progressing with language and social. Also I had added

culturelle to his probiotics for the last 4 days. ANyone had aggression problems

with the culturelle?????
