Hi. I am starting to have withdrawal symptoms. I made one Zyprexa cut, gave it two weeks, no symptoms. Then I made another cut. One week, no symptoms. The second week of the second cut, I started having sleep problems. Waking up too early, but still getting about 5 hours of sleep.

This is the 3rd week of the 2nd cut. Today the revved up anxious feeling in my stomach started again. There are no fearful anxious thoughts. This is a very physical sensation, located in my stomach just below my ribs. It makes me breathe shallow, but I am trying to breathe deeply.

I suspect there is adreneline involved because my stomach feels like it would if something traumatic had just happened.

I don't want to call it an anxiety attack because I don't want to buy in to psychiatric diagnosis.

Could this be a cortisol thing? It starts in the early morning? Should I start taking Gingko at night?

Are there any suggestions or do I just need to ride it out? I absolutely refuse to believe I have an anxiety disorder.

I should say that although bothersome, none of these symptoms are as bad as when I tried cold turkey. They are the same symptoms, just not as severe.

I am prepared to stay at my current Zyprexa level until it gets better.

Thanks.
