Guest guest Posted December 20, 2003 Report Share Posted December 20, 2003 I need to do BFL for me. I have the will power. I was able to keep the original 100 pounds off for 2 years. Then I got sick and a lot of things went wrong. I am trying to remember how I did it. I want to succeed. Can anyone give me some good suggesstions?? I have 2 goals right now. 1) lose 25 pounds by March 28 2) eat 6 clean meals a day for 12 weeks. Another goal that came to mind is 3) get 2 people started in a BFL program.
