Guest guest
So I am reviewing our yellow pages advertising before the new book goes to print. We spent nearly $2000 last year on yellow pages ads (internet + print). We had 1 patient come to us from a YP print ad and 7 people from “internet” search, which does not necessarily mean YP.com. I’m wondering if anyone has dropped their YP ad and had complaints from patients? It seems like a waste of resources just to make it easier for patients to find us. Seems like we’d be better off to spend those dollars on encouraging referrals from our existing patients (which constituted 42% of new patient’s method of finding us) and other physicians (which was 22%). I feel like I’m pouring precious resources down the drain….
