Guest guest Posted April 11, 2005 Report Share Posted April 11, 2005 Hello all, So, I am now to week 9 of my challenge and going pretty strong. Last week wasn't my strongest week nutrition wise - I had a calorie blow out on my birthday unfortunately - but I guess it was balanced out by the projects we started and completed around the house last week (in addition to normal workouts) because I still managed to lose almost another pound. I am now sitting at an even 140.0 lbs. My goal for my Mexican vacation is to get to 135 - which I don't know if that will happen, but I should come darn close! An added benefit of all this is that my college 5 year reunion is this weekend, and I am fairly certain I am smaller now than I was when I graduated college (I am definitely in better shape - that is for sure!) I think it is always fun to go to stuff like this when you know you look better than you did when people saw you last. I am looking forward to going and showing off my new svelte self.
