The pictures are from your competition and are awesome. But then again just because the site is a " health and diet site " not everyone thinks the way we do. When I see pictures like yours, my first thought is, " do you know how much work that took to do, awesome job? " and then the next thought is " how the heck could she walk across the stage in those " ho " shoes? " LOL That other group will just miss out on your awesome posts of experience and wisdom of health and diet. DBC(Debbie)

Guest guest
Oh well, I say it's their loss if they don't want to see your amazing pictures. Hugh has done BFL and eats the food. He's maintained his weight since the first of the year at 185 lbs at 6 ft. He does cardio (not BFL anymore), but hasn't done weights in a few months in spite of my gentle prodding that it's good for him. He's likely going to need arthroscopic knee surgery since he has a torn meniscus and the less weight he has the better. He'll talk to the surgeon in July. He really only needs to lose about 10 lbs, but says he doesn't like lifting weights so it's hard to get started again. He does better when I'm there to supervise the weight workout which I haven't had time to do recently with all the running I am doing. I'm going to try to help him back on the weight program as soon as I'm done with this marathon or maybe sooner since I'll be cutting milage next week. He does believe in the BFL program. When I started, I think he was suspicious that it was a cult or something, but then he read the book and was ready to start the next day. He used to post here more often, but hasn't in awhile. Hey, common law would have been fine, but no way Missouri would recognize it after passing Amendment 2 last year. It'll only be legal in certain provinces in Canada (and maybe MA?) right now, but is still important to us. Andy > I posted on a health and diet site about our competition, have been on there for awhile, and had talked about it. So, since there " appeared " to be some interest, I posted the pix that I posted here. Well, there were complaints (plural) to the site owner and he deleted the thread. Lack of modesty, etc. Holy balls, people.......Does anyone here feel that they were inappropriate? (must have been the 'ho shoes, I guess). I am probably just a tad too sensitive about it right this minute. Let it suffice to say that I guess I will no longer post there, this seems to be a much more encouraging group. My boobs and ass were covered, wasn't like my crack was showing and my top showing my, well, you know.........Arghhhhhhhhh.............Ok, I'm bending over and you cal all kick me and tell me to " fuggetabout-it " , which I will. Just had to rant a tad. > > BTW, Andy, congrats on your upcoming " hitching " . After 10 years, I'll tell you the same thing I told my son after him and his GF had been together over 7 years........ifn' you dont' do something pretty soon, it'll be common-law!!!!! LOL Seriously, hope you have a great life together! :>) I guess I've not been able to figure out from y our posts.....does Hugh do the BFL, or workouts with you? If so, great, if not, you better get him " with the program " too!! > > Z.
Guest guest
Well, that sucks. I don't blame you for feeling sensitive when those folks are acting like you posted nekkid pictures of yourself. A big part of BFL is taking pictures in swimsuits - yeah, they are small swimsuits, but it is going to be pretty hard to see muscle definition is you are wearing a skirted one piece. Anyway... they are muscle competiong pictures, not porno. You must of just stumbled across some real conservative people. The pictures are absolutely not offensive and you have no reason to feel embarrassed. Guest guest
, I don't think we would have complained had you NOT been wearing those postage stamps and tissue paper! ...But, we're a rude, crude and lewd group! ...And THAT's the way we like it. Oh, and BTW... Nice ho shoes, too! Now I need to get back to work as soon as I can finish printing this 72 " tall picture of you for my wall! Later, heidiconrad2004 wrote: > Well, that sucks. Guest guest
, I meant to reply to this. Your pictures are very inspiring! I am glad you posted them. I think that is crap that those two people felt that way. The particular person(s) who made those complaints are just jealous I bet.
