Guest guest Posted April 15, 2010 Report Share Posted April 15, 2010 I'm not in jail! The dr just passed me off to another ent which is just as well; this guy was too young and dumb. I'm sitting here again still jacked up on adrenaline and feeling bad, I just wanted to say thanks for the kind words you guys. This injury has driven most of my friends away , even the sympathetic ones, and has left me with a feeling of dread-everymorning my eyes open it starts. This little " online community " of ours really provides a good, safe haven. Sadly, knowing a lot about audio doesn't make it easier, just more predictable! Good news: in two weeks I get examined (preliminary) for the BAHA conductive skull implant-a titanium screw with a shirt snap on the end drilled into my skull permanantly, with a snap-on conductive hearing aid on the end. We'll see how that goes, and ill try to stay out of jail in the meantime.
