Guest guest
Heidi, Heidi, Whoda' thunk that??? A turkey sandwich being the sandwich from satan! I suggest you have your meals as planned, or you might be looking to binge at dinner. Yeah, go ahead and 1/2 your portions, but be sure you aren't going to dinner hungry, or you'll end up eating 50 wings and a six pack! ...Like someone else I know of that did that. Further, the extra few hundred calories won't break you. Continue to look forward and remember to have enjoyed your special day. Happy Birthday! heidiconrad2004 wrote: > > So, today is my birthday - hooray - happy birthday to me! > > My friend at work took me to lunch for my bday and we went to the > St. Louis Bread Company (Panera elsewhere) and before we went, I > looked up the nutrition information in advance and saw the Smoked > Turkey Breast sandwich looked reasonable. Guest guest
I'm a day late here, but Happy Birthday Heidi!!!! Don't stress about the extra cals... call it your b-day treat. That's great that you looked up the nutritional info on the website before you went to lunch, I do the same thing.... guess you know now for next time to stick with what you picked out to begin with. Just a tip here... I usually pick at least two options ahead of time in case I change my mind once I get there. Cheers, Jen B. > > So, today is my birthday - hooray - happy birthday to me! > > My friend at work took me to lunch for my bday and we went to the > St. Louis Bread Company (Panera elsewhere) and before we went, I > looked up the nutrition information in advance and saw the Smoked > Turkey Breast sandwich looked reasonable.
