Whoda' thunk that??? A turkey sandwich being the sandwich from satan! :)

I suggest you have your meals as planned, or you might be looking to

binge at dinner. Yeah, go ahead and 1/2 your portions, but be sure you

aren't going to dinner hungry, or you'll end up eating 50 wings and a

six pack! ...Like someone else I know of that did that. :)

Further, the extra few hundred calories won't break you. Continue to

look forward and remember to have enjoyed your special day.

I'm a day late here, but Happy Birthday Heidi!!!!

Don't stress about the extra cals... call it your b-day treat. ;)

That's great that you looked up the nutritional info on the website

before you went to lunch, I do the same thing.... guess you know now

for next time to stick with what you picked out to begin with. Just

a tip here... I usually pick at least two options ahead of time in

case I change my mind once I get there. :)
