I thought I would go ahead and start the program while my husband is away, that way, I can already be in the swing of things and it will be easier for him because I will already have meals planned:) leigh fl Christie, the best thing you can do to get yourself motivated is take those > " before " pix and put them up where you will see them everyday!!!!
