Guest guest
I've seen some people recommend looking on overstock.com for matress foam. Any other sites that are good, but cheap? Any other suggestions as to how I can make sleeping more comfortable on my back and joints? Also, what is a good prescription sleep medication that has worked for you? Anyone tried Ambien or Lunesta? Guest guest
Hi Breanna I had very serious problems sleeping at night with all this pain. I ended up purchasing a " sleep number " bed. It has been a Godsend!! The downfall is that it is outrageously expensive. There are a lot of people that have " temperpedic " beds and absolutely loves them too. The most affordable way would be to get a foam topper for your bed. Wal-Mart carries them as well as other department stores. I have never used one so I am not opinionated on them. I have used Ambien for a little over four years. It works quickly and I sleep a good eight hours. It is a hipnotic drug, not a natural one. I think Kaylene has good information on these sleep meds. (go to www.lunesta.com, or www.ambiencr.com for a free trial certificate to take with you to your doctor to see if it is the right way to go for you). I hope this helps you a little bit at least!! Good luck with the bed topper, I hope it will work for you. Try sleeping with a pillow between nyour knees if you're on your side, and put a pillow under your knees if you're on your back, those seem to help a lot. I have a sister who works in Walmst's main office in Bentonville, Ark. I called her and asked her who made theirs. She researched and told me to not buy it at Walmart because it is an imitation of the real thing. They are made by a different company and they do not use quite the same stuff. We bought ours from overstock and it was the samt thing as the advertised Memory Foam. Walmart does not put as many ? something, per square inch. Just thoght I would let you know.
