My insurance co keeps changing what they will cover for meds so I had

to start taking a new diabedies med today. It has me so sick to my

stomach it's a good thing I got my cardio in this morning. The worst

part is I have to keep taking it. I still plan to do cardio on

Sundays. That is unless I feel like this. It better be gone by Monday

or...or what...see that's what I mean I HATE INSURANCE COMPANIES!
