Guest guest
Try the diet, it may make a difference. The diet is not impossible, especially for a little one who is not in school.
Guest guest
Thanks for your input. Luckily he is so young, I probably could more easily try it now than later since I can use soy formula for toddlers and he still is on baby food. My GI said if I wanted to that he was okay with trying it for a month to see if there is a difference, but he thought it wouldn't make a difference either. I've heard positives and not so positives. Guess it's all a guessing game. Gluten/Casin/ Vitamins My 14 month old is suspected of being autistic, and I want to try a few alternative things. Has anyone tried the gluten/casin diet? Also, I heard there are vitamins that have B and Magnesium in them (DMG). Has anyone tried them. Did they make a difference. Obviously since my little one is only 14 months I'm not sure about the vitamins unless they make them for infants. I also heard about hemisync music that I have been having us listen to. His awareness is increasing but don't know if it's because he is maturing more or if the music does make a difference.Connie

Guest guest
The only thing I can add to that is that "Carbohydrates" (found in gluten and casein foods) are the most efficient fuel the brain will function on. It takes an enormous amount of more energy for the body to convert proteins or fats into fuel for the body. Re: Gluten/Casin/ Vitamins Try the diet, it may make a difference.
