The secretary's secretary called my " office " today to schedule a new patient

for f/u post discharge. I answered the phone. The lady then says, " Wow, I got

right to you! "

IMP practices can be a breath of fresh air for more than just the patients.

You all inspire me. I share your frustrations. Crazy system. Don't be crazy.
