Guest guest Posted May 2, 2005 Report Share Posted May 2, 2005 I am also experiencing this - it is not just anxiety it is complete terror. I dread going to sleep at night. It takes me hours to calm down in the morning and by then I am exhausted. Is there some sort of bedtime tonic to control the Cortisol?
