I would agree with and Dana (although I don't think I would have thought it up myself, lol) that it is probably just rebalancing the minerals....for now. My older son really gets the " chewies " as his sign of being restless and starting to have problems (right before the whining, bad transitioning, headbanging and bedwetting). He chews, pulls on his teeth, pushes his head into things. All signs he is having trouble keeping it together. It sounds like Spencers stims and flapping may be similar. It takes a few days to adjust to things and if he is doing well, just stick with it until the next thing comes up. Is he doing better now with enzymes + zinc than before the zinc was added (so is he NOW better than he has ever been before)? Also, I don't remember is you said, are you planning on chelating? .
