Agreed or a PI to catch him out. You could also talk heart felt your others in your street and try to get them back on your side. The guy next door took great offense to me complaining about his two dogs barking all the time so he has been harassing me for about 6 yrs now...scratches and eggs my cars, throws dog crap on my roof, kills my plants in the front yard, has gone to all the neighbors on my street with something to say, whatever it is...nobody wants anything to do with us now..don't have anyidea what he could be saying about us, he recently recruited a pissed off teenager across the street and now he's been harassing us, throwing eggs on our windows on our house, blocking our cars in and if I dare to call the police there is hell to pay when they leave...his fav thing to do now is to throw golf balls at the fence and break it, at our cars and put dents in them...nothing I can do about it since I can't prove it is him...he also likes to borrow his neighbors 3 shitzu's and have all 5 of them barking in our bedroom window so I guess that's what I get for complaining about all his noise...all of this has happened over a 6 yr period and I had no idea he would go psycho about it...the really sick part of all this is that we tried to be nice and sent him like...5 letters with no reply so that's when we had to contact animal services since he refused to even discuss the problem at all...My husband will retire in about 9 yrs and I have told him Iwant to live on at least 10 acres somewhere so I NEVER have to deal with neighbors again as long as I live...I have nothing against dogs...just irresponsible dog owners...
