Guest guest
I take echinacea tincture and do extra warm salt water nasal rinses when I've been with my many grandkids (like today). One or another of them always seem to be coming off an illness or just getting one. It's not good to take the echinacea for longer than a week at a time, though. My kids swear by Air Borne and Zicam, but my favorite medical sources say the evidence isn't proven for them, yet. The mask and hand washing are excellent preventitives :-) Kay -------------- Original message -------------- I have a 4 year old daughter and am her sole caretaker. She gets sick often and I'm wondering what people with bronchiectasis do when they are the sole caretaker of a young child who often gets sick. I wear a mask whenever she's sick and I have to take care of her (in addition to washing my hands often) but was wondering if anyone out there has any other suggestions? Never miss a thing.
