lab letter

We don’t send letters for normal

labs. About 60% of our patients are on RelayHealth, so we send them a RH

message that says:

“Your most recent lab work all came

back in the normal range. If you have any questions, please contact me.”

We used to send out fold-over postcards,

but stopped that practice because it was costing us too much money. The nice

thing about RH is that we can attach a copy of the labs. It also has

templates, depending on what labs were done. If the patient is not on RH, our

nurse calls the patient during down time.
