Advice for Pain in Lungs from Misswallowed Pill?

hi friends,

I have a very weird situation and wondered if anyone had ever had this or has

any advice!? I'm having a good bit of pain the bottom of the lung area from a

pill that I'm guessing may have gone down in the lungs--is that possible--the

pain is just over the bottom of the sturnum, could that be my food pipe after

all? sorry, just don't know if there's anything that can be done--I'm pretty

sure it was an ox bile pill.....
