But one word of caution is that PLEASE PLEASE try to use the email judicially, I still see most of you sending the replies to group though we have instructed to send it to the moderator. We should realize that lot of us are using company mail ids and therefore there is no need to fill in their inboxes which will make it difficult to search on any email or topic in future. PLEASE send all correspondence related to Safety meet only to moderator and we want you to respect others. I have been receiving mails from lot of people to filter the messages directed to them which can not be done, either we can set reply option only to moderator or reply option to everyone. We still want the default as reply to everyone and we want you to modify the sender address before sending the mail when you think you just need to communicate with the moderator.
