Sounds like you are meeting your goals too! Enjoy your break. My 12-weeks is up Sunday, July 6th. I'm not sure if I will take a break because I had so many missed workouts this trip. I know there is value psychologically when taking the break, but I am thinking I haven't really built the tension psychologically that you do when you have stuck consistently to the program over the 12 weeks, such as yourself. Anyway, your success and completion brings a smile to my face. WTG!!! Kelley C4W10D6

Guest guest
Thanks! I didn't take a break after my first challenge of this year since I took a week off during the third week for a trip (didn't work out during) so I just kept on going right into the next challenge. I think you are probably right to not take a break for yourself yet. Andy > Congratulations Andy. You are a good example of focus and stick-to- it-ness. > Sounds like you are meeting your goals too!
