Sounds like you are meeting your goals too! Enjoy your break.

My 12-weeks is up Sunday, July 6th. I'm not sure if I will take a break

because I had so many missed workouts this trip. I know there is value

psychologically when taking the break, but I am thinking I haven't really built

the

tension psychologically that you do when you have stuck consistently to the

program over the 12 weeks, such as yourself.

Anyway, your success and completion brings a smile to my face. WTG!!!

Thanks! I didn't take a break after my first challenge of this year

since I took a week off during the third week for a trip (didn't work

out during) so I just kept on going right into the next challenge.

I think you are probably right to not take a break for yourself yet.

Thanks! I didn't take a break after my first challenge of this year
