Guest guest
Sometimes a person who has problems with phenols/salicylates also has a problem with benzoates (Feingold org, a phenol contains a benzene ring). Or by eliminating the benzoates, they can tolerate more phenols. If you are having problems with the phenols, maybe try eliminating all benzoates for a short time and see if there is any improvements. Here is a list of the naturally occuring benzoates, then also eliminate all the additives with benzo in the name, Kd.: banana blueberries broccoli cauliflower cinnamon cranberries ginger green grapes greengage plums green peas licorice extract olives pineapple white potato spinach tea sodium benzoate benzoic acid any other additives with benzo in the name particularly in sodas, medicines, lemon juices, soy sauce
