I am also quite hesitant in using things that I am not sure how they will affect my kids, but at the same time I am quite willing to try things that could be safe for them. I have modifilan 500mg caps. and turmeric caps from Dr. Mercola but have not use them yet. Would you mind to tell me what would be the approximate dose I should use in my 8 and 9 years old that weigh 30 and 32 kg.? They have been on Magnesium Citramate from Thorne for quite sometime and that why I think my older son's hair test came back quite high in magnesium, so now I have to stop giving it to him and concentrate more in trying to get rid of those nasty parasites/viruses and bacteria and see what happen.
