Hi Harsh,

HOW EXCITING!!!! The big wedding. I hope you post some pictures upon your

return.

My thoughts will be with you. When is the actual 'big day'?

I have been to India one time. Back in 2000, I went on a four week cruise

that began with three days in India, landing in New Delhi. I saw some very

beautiful and not so beautiful things while there. I did visit the Taj

Mahal...I

bought an Indain emerald ring that I cherish. We left from Mombei (sp?) and

cruised the southeast asian islands. I absolutely love Indian cusine...makes

my mouth water just thinking about it. [drool]

Have a fantabulous trip and a glorious wedding.

Hi all. Still happy in lurk-land. Having surgery friday. Doc says

to expect at least 2-3 days in hospital and off work 8 weeks. Will

have to wear a back brace for 2 or 3 months. I've been asking all

kinds of questions about rehab and can't wait to actually be able to

do some form of exercise! I am doing a really good job of eating

healthy and have managed to not gain any more weight - which is a

miracle considering my activity level.

I love reading all of your posts and can't wait to try some of the

exercises, like walking lunges and the Ab boot camp. I'm still

learning here in lurk land............

Hi !

I will keep positive thoughts for your surgery and recovery. Sounds like you

are doing a great job staying healthy in spite of obvious adversity. Stay

with it girl. Let us know how recovery is coming from time to time.

Happy Holidays and a healthy New Year to you and yours.

I been doing well with the workout portion (as usual), but much less so on

the nutrition side. However, I am working up to getting back on the right track.

I do appreciate all of your wisdom and support, and enjoy the written

exchanges daily. Kelley, Andy, Sara, Jen B, and all others who's been around a

while,

a big thank you for all your efforts, and have a very happy and successful

holiday season!

Marta

Hi Marta!

Great to hear from you. Good for you on the workouts. Are planning to get

the Eating For Life cookbook? I think I might be getting it from someone for

Christmas [i know a secret...snicker snicker]. That might serve as a good

motivator to get back on track with your nutrition.

Glad to hear from you.

I have been lurking in attempts to get myself on the right track!

Since I last posted I have lost 12 pounds, can run a mile, eat 6 days

clean, and have more energy. I am feeling GREAT!

Hi TG!

Keep it up. The hardest part right now is working through the awkward and

resistant feelings about coing something so new (not to mention the intense

soreness!). Just keep following your plan day after day, put one foot in front

of

the other as they say, and you will have established new healthy habits

before you know it. And your body will thank you with a leaner look and a

energetic charisma.

Hi Everyone,

I have sent in several posts today and most have not made it to the

list. I am currently writing fro the yahoo website rather than

straight from my server.

Anyone else having this problem today?
