We're glad you found us. Everyone who joins and participates gives

Lots of people find that immersing themselves in the " culture " by

belonging to e-mail groups, and reading fitness books and articles

makes them more likely to stick with a program. Or if we do fall off

the wagon and we all do at some point, it is easier to get back on

the program.

We are here to help you. If you need any ideas on anything to do

with BFL, nutrition, and fintess, this is a good place to find the

information.
