You could make many regular recipes into a crockpot recipe. You can

cook any meat in the crock pot like turkey breast or pork loin

pork loin and season with your favorite spices. You can also add

veggies or carbs like brown rice.

Here's what I found at bodyforlife.com that looked authorized:

Bonny's Crockpot Chicken Fiesta

4 servings

4 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz each)

1 20 oz. jar of Pace Picante Sauce

1 cup frozen corn

1 15 oz. can Black Beans, drained

2 cloves garlic minced

2/3 cup brown rice long grain

Spray crockpot with nonfat cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in

crockpot. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on high for about 5-6

hours. When done, shred chicken and return to pot. Cook another 15-30

minutes. Serve in tortillas for burritos (can add lettuce, FF sour

cream, Lowfat cheese, etc) or on lettuce for a chicken taco salad.

Crockpot Italian Beef

Slice an onion and throw it in a crockpot with 2 top round steaks

(cut them into a couple pieces if they are big), a package dry Good

Seasonings Italian dressing, and a medium size jar sliced

pepperoncini (drained). Add about ½ cup juice from the drained

pepperoncini and cook on low for 7-8 hours. You know it is done when

you try to pick up a chunk of meat with a fork and it falls to

pieces!! Strain the whole mess, reserving a little broth. Shred the

meat with 2 forks. Skim the fat off the reserved broth and add

enough to the meat to make it moist. This is going to be fairly high

in sodium, but for once in while….who cares!!! Serve your portion

size on bread or a tortilla to make a wrap, or over rice. Yummy!
