I'm still eating it. I don't think it's enough of a concern to stop

eating salmon. The risk is so slight, considering all the other

environmental pollutions we are exposed to on a daily basis. Also,

losing the benefits of eating salmon would far outweigh the slight

risk of contaminants. Keep in mind they did this testing on

uncooked salmon with the skin still on. The article states that

cooking and removing the skin will remove most of the contaminants

too.

I would far rather see people make better choices on their Free Days

(i.e. not gorge on highly processed carbs and sugars) or in their

daily intake of carbs (i.e. make higher quality choices from foods

in their most natural forms) than to stop eating salmon. :)
