Guest guest
Dear , Eating raises cortisol which raises serotonin. You said: <<> i repeat ANY KIND OF FOOD weather its salad , or an orange, or meat > or whatever, no matter what i start feeling very weird>> ** AS long as ALL food makes you feel weird, you might as well eat healthy food. In time, proper nutrients will help. If you eat barely anything or crap food, you will get worse. Regards,

Guest guest
has a great point here, . Your body needs food (among other things) in order to heal. It is quite possible that all food makes you feel weird right now, because of the way food affects body chemistry, but since you really do have to eat, you should focus on eating good things. Supplements will also make a difference, although they may not feel so great at first either. Sometimes, when someone's body is so damaged by these drugs, it takes some time before they can begin to feel better. The good news is that everyone CAN feel better. Warmly, Kim (co-moderator)
