Guest guest
Good Morning, I hope everyone enjoyed their 4th of July. I am new to this posting and just wanted to stop by and ask a few questions if I may. I do not know how most of you feel and how your days are as I said I am new BUT, I am tired all the time feel nauseous, pain in legs back, feet as a matter of a fact pretty much most of my body it comes and goes. I also, have migraines on and off and diarrhea. I am so tired of being tired that I wish there was something I could do about it. I take cymbalta for nerve pain, Valium for my anxiety, and Tylenol #4 for my aches and pains which doesn't really work it just takes the edge off. I also have pain patches for my back and Imetrex for my migraines. I use to take much stronger meds, but I am forces to work a full time job as I have to pay my bills and see no other way of doing it. I don't mind working but working full time is killing me. does anyone else have these symtoms and what do you do for it? I have had blood work, xrays, my blood work they say was a false positive for Lupus. I also have radiopathy in my left and right forearm from working, I am guessing that I injure easy no one else seems to have these problems doing the same things. I also have a tore medial miniscus and papial cyst and tendenosis in my right knee. I don't mean to sound as if I am a hypochondriac but trying to give the full picture. what in the world can I do for my fatique I am so tired all the time and going to work every morning is killing me HELP Debra

Guest guest
I agree with your hindsight. Worked my butt off, dealt with relationship problems and childrearing mostly alone. No " junk food " per se, but my diet has definitely changed in the last few years. No longer buying into the LowFat craze that defined my youth. Mine was a slow decline, which makes it (I think) even harder to grasp. Didn't just wake up one day feeling like a truck hit me--post viral or anything like that. Now I feel like I am working hard just to maintain what I have healthwise, and of course, we all know that is a difficult balance. Not enough sleep last night due to fireworks, etc. I'll be napping soon. Happy 5th of July! > > > Happy 4th everyone! After reading my last post i realize i should slow down and proof my emails before zapping them out. I meant to say we likely say things WITHOUT intention of upsetting others. I think i may have also sounded 'trite' in one part of that post, perhaps the part in believing we can have some choice in our illness. What i meant to say was i wonder how many of us, on thinking back on what we were doing prior to becoming ill, recognize factors likely leading to the illness and intensity. For me i see a diet of junk food, living with very little slee, exposure to chemicals, high stress and overwork all preceeding factors in my 'demise'. I couldnt see it then and i certainly wasnt doing it on purpose but i can see it now. These are some areas whese i'm referring to choice of actions impacting on our state of health. >

When we are younger, we are invincible. Things will always go on as they have. Our bodies will conquer all. Just yesterday at a 4th of July gathering, we were talking about how one of us is allergic Splenda, another can't eat Aspartame, another Saccarin. some of us had chronic problems, Environmental Allergies, sometimes just to specific items, certain sprains or nerve problems that never went away. Autoimmune Illnesses and the variety of forms the same named disease can take per person! Some can move, some can barely get out of bed, some have good and bad days.... Some of us waded through all the same things as others and sloughed them off like water off a duck's back. Someone recently posted 'I never told you Life was Fair!' Hopefully, at least we had some fun getting to our current situation. Peace and Love, Byron
