It's clear why Kane is your hero; she would surely be mine under the

same circumstances.

I've been re-studying my two Bodybio blood tests and am beginning to

implement more of her suggestions. When I had it done two years ago, I was a

total neophyte and was TOTALLY overwhelmed by her suggestions.

Perhaps as my effort goes along I might email you directly if I have specific

questions. Always I'm weighing what is useful for the list--and what isn't.

Thanks for your generous input.

n, A couple of things happened where I think it built on our

success.

1. My husband took a strong interest in the Bodybio program, he

came up with some easy recipes that included the nuts and seeds,

and many of the foods that Forrest was suppose to have, but

wouldn't eat.

2. I didn't ask my doctor for help, so I had to research a lot

of things myself, Dr.Kane provided me with references so that

I could understand the supplements that we were going to use.

3. Two other mothers had received their results the same time

that we did, and we all e-mailed each other back and forth,

putting our heads together, and figuring out how to get everything

underway.

It is not easy, it is safe, and can be very successful, but...

it is a lot of hard work getting started.

I am not afraid of hard work, and it gave me something to keep me busy,

while waiting on that miracle silver bullet! <smile> At least I knew

that there was something that I could be doing, instead of hoping and

waiting.

E-mail me a copy of your reports, and I will tell you everything

that I have learned. Best, Carlton
