Debi:

This is very true. I have also read that one should not get vaccines if they

have allergies or are ill, even with a cold. Yet, my children almost always got

vaccines while sick. The doctor and nurse just said " sure, you can get them

when they are sick, whatever you want " . So, my point is, the doctors are to

blame as well, for giving the vaccines not in-line with the directions that come

with them.

Love and prayers,

testing from private companies to prepare us for the NCLEX, the standardized

test required for RN licensure. In one of my practice questions tonight it had

on there that a patient requesting a vaccine while on prednisone should be

advised to wait until the prednisone treatment has ended because steroids

increase the risk of infection from live virus vaccines.

or shoot 'em on up? How many of you had kids on steroids that were given

vaccines?
