I'm still awake so I'll take a shot at it. Many people workout first

thing in the morning before eating at all. Then they just eat their

6 meals throughout the day. Others workout between meals later in

the day. I'm sure you'll get more advice, but mine is (for what it's

worthy, which ain't much) is workout first thing in the morning if

you can and then eat your meals. Or, just do what works for you and

your schedule.

Thanks! I do workout first thing in the morning (before I eat

anything), but I typically don't eat for about an hour after I

finish. Is that too long to wait?

Thanks again! So glad I joined this group...I'm sure I'll have a lot

of questions along the way. Reading old posts and looking at the

photos are really inspiring, too.
