Guest guest
I'm still awake so I'll take a shot at it. Many people workout first thing in the morning before eating at all. Then they just eat their 6 meals throughout the day. Others workout between meals later in the day. I'm sure you'll get more advice, but mine is (for what it's worthy, which ain't much) is workout first thing in the morning if you can and then eat your meals. Or, just do what works for you and your schedule. ------ > Please excuse my amateur questions...I just started BFL on Monday. > I would really appreciate any advice! I've heard conflicting > theories as to when you should eat after a weight lifting or cardio > workout. Some people have told me I should wait an hour, others > have told me to eat right away. Any thoughts? Thanks!
Guest guest
Thanks! I do workout first thing in the morning (before I eat anything), but I typically don't eat for about an hour after I finish. Is that too long to wait? > > Please excuse my amateur questions...I just started BFL on Monday. > > I would really appreciate any advice!
