Guest guest
Hi Jodie, I can't answer all of your questions,(it IS such a juggling act) but want to pass on the rule of thumb that you have to keep your MMS 2hrs away from C. MMS is an oxidant, Vit C, an anti-oxidant. That's also behind the emphasis on using Sunsweet prune juice with MMS, as it's just about the only juice you can find that hasn't got C added to it. I take time-release C, which can take 4-6 hours to clear, which made MMS especially challenging to schedule. Not all Cs are alike in their rate of clearing. The only other thing I'd suggest, (and I know this will be hard for you), is that generally, when we start a new thing, we should start one thing at a time, as this will help us gauge what's doing what. This can guide us when the herx hits the fan. You might want to either observe MMS for at least a couple weeks before starting the coil, or start with the coil, discern its patterns, in light of the fact that you're trying to keep a schedule of work, and maybe re-introduce the MMS a bit later on.Others might disagree, and I wouldn't blame them, as we all want to slam this disease back to smithereens as quickly as possible, but over-killing won't ultimately help you recover any faster, and with coiling, you'll want to clearly know cause and effect. Things can get pretty confusing sometimes. Just a thought. I'm very excited for you, that you'll have these two, new, proven protocols for your fight! Be well,LénaHi - I just did day 1 of MMS. (Actually, started tonight after I got home from work - 1 drop.) How do you coordinate supplement taking with MMS? I take Oil of Oregano in the AM, as well as Researched Nutritionals Multi-Immune. Then before lunch take chlorella and Researched Nutritionals Energy. Before dinner take more chlorella and Multi-Immune and then with dinner take the Researched Nutritionals Energy. How do you all organize your day with the MMS and other supplements? Can MMS be taken with or without food (if not, how do you schedule around meals?) Can chlorella and other supplements be taken with MMS as long as they don't contain vitamin C? How late in the day can you take MMS? I do take vitamin C 2 hours before bed, so is it safe to take MMS up to 4 hours before bed?I've got my coil and will start on Friday after work... wow, what a journey this is!Thanks for your input and help understanding how to make this work for me and the supplements.Jodie
