It has been flaring these last two years, on and off. Anyhow, the next day it felt lots better. I have not gotten around to using it more. There is so much to do at my house. But he had the BioMat Amethyst mats there. I got one of the mini-mats and am saving for the big one right now. It helps with detox and relaxation. For me it helps to calm my brain down where I can go in a meditative state while on the mat. For , he says that it increases his visions so he doesn't like to go on it to much. I think that the visions come when he goes into that deep meditative state and since his are scary, he doesn't want to go there.
