Hi Everyone! I have a concern that's not totally related to 4S but certainly

does affect it.

I seem to be just a generally moody person. It seems like any little thing can

set me off. I usually blame it on 4S triggers, and although that is often

accurate, many times it is not. By nature I am bubbly and optimistic, but I seem

to get pulled down from that a lot. In fact I'm usually in one extreme or

another--too happy or too moody. And my mood can change just like that. I admire

those " even keel " type of people and wonder how they can be like that. I feel

like I never outgrew my teenage moodiness (I'm 28 years old).

I also tend to blame this on PMS. It's worse when I'm PMS, but not limited to

that time of the month.

This does affect my ability to deal with 4S. One probably affects the other. I'm

not really sure where to turn. I wonder if I need to professional help or I just

need to deal with my emotions better. I want to ask here because I feel like I

trust you guys and you would understand, and I know that some of you are dealing

with psychological issues on top of 4S.

I'm getting frustrated with myself for being so frustrated! Help!

Thanks,

Cate

This sounds just like me. I ruined Thanksgiving yesterday. I had been in a great place, then my husband informed me that he cracked the sideview mirror on my brand new car. I got so angry that I was mean to him all day and do grumpy. I even was thinking about wanting to leave him!!!!!! Today I realize it was no big deal. So fixable. I'm not normally this bad, but yesterday was rough.Normally I'm a happy bubbly person as well.DorothySent from my iPhone

I completely understand! Ever since I started peri-menapause 4 yrs ago, I loose

my temper at many things (some justified others small and insignificant). Like

you, it is not always triggered by 4s. I blame alot on changing hormones. But

you're 28, so that wouldn't be our situation, unless you are a bit hormonally

imbalanced. You may want to ask your doctor or gynocologist to do some tests.
