Just to let you know, the first two days, I was stringent on my portions but I always felt hungry so I upped the amounts I ate just to readjust. I feel fine today as yesterday's eating seem to make me pretty happy!! I'm also eating nuts and trying to get in olive oil when I can to up my fat intake.
