Guest guest
Hi, all. I have found CE to be the best detox I have tried. This week my LLMD told me to try the following to get more mileage out of the CE. It might help some of you: He said the toxin release by the liver after the start of the CE is at about the 15 minute point. So when I start the CE, take two capsules of charcoal (or your preferred binder I'm sure would be fine). Then take another 2 capsules at the 15 minute mark. This is to help to absorb the toxins that are being released by the CE. Then he said that the enema only gets to the lower colon to cleanse out the toxins (another purpose of the CE). Thus another option to add effectivness is to take a laxative right at the start of the CE, such as a big dose of Vitamin C or magnesium. This helps to flush out the whole colon and move the released toxins out. I've done the charcoal one day so far and it DID seem to help. Secondly, I asked him about powdered chlorella for trying the chlorophyll enema. He said he has a friend who is running some tests for him on various supplements for their purity. (My LLMD treats many autistic and sensitive kids.) He said all the chlorella his friend has tested so far is contaminated except for one source which he cannot get so far that is from Japan. The usual brand he uses that he thinks is pretty good has yet to be tested. So in summary, he did not recommend I buy some powdered chlorella for enemas. I'd be interested in hearing what source people have used for the chlorophyll though. Sherry

Guest guest
Hi Sherry, Well, you are going to have a lot of folks on our group agreeing with you about CE's... Lena knows quite a bit about them... They are one of the very best detoxers, so many posts in the archives confirm this... I can't use them, severe abdominal pain, so they are not for me, but having read so much about them, no doubts everyone who can, should use CE's... It was Dr. Gerson 60 years ago who started curing some stage 4 cancers using juicing and CE's... and I believe he recommended 3 or 4 daily... And today his daughter and grandson still tell everyone about his wonderful work!! Take care, Jim > > Hi, all. I have found CE to be the best detox I have tried.
