What is the difference between these two products? I was shipped 20 pounds

of Cetearyl Alcohol in place of E-wax and was told that they are the same

and doesn't make a difference. I need some input.

Thank You

I'l tell you what the difference is it you tell me who the vendor is.

Otherwise, ask for your money back and never do business with people who have to

lie in order to sell product.

This vendor is trying to take advantage of you. They should be exposed so no

one else gets screwed.

I wonder how many homecrafters are trying to figure out why their lotions are

working?

I'm so sorry and wish there was something that could be done.

is so dishonest. Definately get your $$ back!!
