Hello.

I found a bottle of MSM Glucosamine capsules as a dietary supplement

from Nature's Bounty.

Since I'm having so much trouble buying the individual ingredients in

small amounts from responsible sellers, I picked up a bottle of this,

emptied all the capsules and put it in a jar.

Now I'm staring at the powder wondering how to " solubize " it. (is

that a word?)

I tried water...but the powder just sat on top of it (I might need a

surfactant to loosen the surface tension of the water, but I was

hoping for another way.

I'm thinking of trying glycerin but I thought I'd ask here first.

The exact ingredients are:

MSM 500mg (170mg organic sulfur)

Glucosamine Sulfate *2KCI 500mg

Other ingredients:

Dicalcium PHosphate, Gelatin, magnesium silicate, vegetable magnesium

stearate

I don't think there is gelatin anymore because I threw out the

capsules.

Anyone have any idea?

My goal is to get this stuff into my skin so that my back doesn't

hurt so much anymore.

There is an expensive cream called Blue Ease that has Glucosamine and

MSM as their ingredients. I have used it an it works!

Now I'd like to try my own.

Thanks for all your help!
