Yikes Maurice! Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride sounds so, well, chemical! I

always through fractionated coconut oil was a natural product of a coconut.

(Don't laugh at me! Isn't plain old coconut oil a derivative of coconuts?)

Can you explain in lay terms the process through which coconut oil and

fractionated coconut oil are derived?

I don't know for sure. I think there may be a few different methods. Probably

a distillation process of some sort.
