Guest guest
Debra, I tucked this email away after Jim sent it out. Here are his instructions for doing the salt/c protocol, as well capsule information. The protocol follows that information. Hi Whitney, You can use powedered, buffered or capsules of Vit C.... If you use powedered, you can also make it buffered by adding 1/2 tsp of baking soda to each 1 tsp of Vit C.... And you can also add your salt into the glass and slowly sip it... I would use a straw... I would think the baking soda does a good job of buffering it, but just in case as you don't want that acid on your teeth... Most likely the powdered C will cost less, most supps if we get them in powders there is a big savings... Take care, Jim > > > > > > Hey Guys, > > > I know the Salt and C protocol has been posted here several times....and > > I tried searching for on our site and there are just so many posts the say > > "salt and c" and most of them aren't the guidelines. > > > > > > SO!
