Guest guest
Scarlett, Glad to see you posting! Hey, if you're starting to see changes in the way clothing fits, you will be amazed at what happens in the next few weeks. Keep up the good work! And I'm sure I'll be just one of many who tells you to ignore the scale. Right gang? When you get a chance, tell us a little more about you. Goals, present stats, problems, etc. Bob > Hi All, > > 23 days into my first challenge. Motivated by a friend who was VERY > successful with BFL. They look at me a little funny when I tell them I am lifting weights. My neighbor saw me bringing home some 10lb plates and was concerned for my safety. Bob asked about stats. I am 40 and active, but out of shape. I walk and play softball. I have 15 lbs to lose to be in the " normal " BMI range. I don't have calipers. I used an on-line tool to calculate body fat and it was 26%. I used Weight Watchers over the past year to lose 15 lbs, but the weight loss has slowed and I need to tone more than ever now. Today was a good day. I ran for as long as I could on the treadmill. One of my goals is to run for at least 20 minutes without stopping. Today I made it 18. Next time 20!!! Have a great day all!
