I was inspired to respond to miakaefer's post, because I believe treating

" reactive " responses and disposition may be a key to reducing or possibly

elimanating much of our suffering.

As we know, each person is unique in how they respond to a remedy, whether it be

anti-depressants, omega-3s, meditation, CBT etc. Also, I've noticed different

intensities between us all. For example, at one time I felt my reactive/anger

responses were very intense and hard to escape. For awhile now, I've been in a

" comfort zone " so to speak with my low dose anti-depressant, omega-3s and Ipod

(and minimal earplug use). But that may only be for the time being in the

current circumstances I'm in.

Maybe we can see our super-sonic sensitivity as an alarm system to change

something in our lives for the better. I guess the hard part

is figuring out what.

Dear ,Let me ask you this question, how would it affect your life if you experienced an image from your past life and it seemed so very real at that moment? I assure you that the path that you have chosen will lead you to this experience. The real question is how will you handle that truth? On another point...it is clear that everyone hear has a similar symptom. Let's say we live in a box and let's go further to say that this life is that box. We look for answers in this box and find no reasonable means that explain our condition in this box. Perhaps it is time to look outside this box? But then again, some persons would consider what I am suggesting irrational as are our symptoms that we face daily.JRSent from my iPad

There appears to be some emperical evidence of past lives, but it is a personal experience so would only be true for that person. I have never experienced it and it runs contrary to my religious beliefs at this time, so it is not true for me currently.

We have gotten off course here lately and I am partially responsible for that. I will try to stay on topic in the future. All that matters is that we find answers to this problem and some relief to the suffering. I am open to anything that works.

I don't have issues with the concept of reincarnation. The world might be a better place if

everyone believed in that kind of thing, but is there empirical evidence?. The brain isjust another organ in the body where things can go wrong and that deserves consideration in relation to 4s, just my opinion.

,

If the idea of past lives, which seems perfectly reasonable to me, did not run contrary to my religious beliefs, I would have no problem with it. It is the only sticking point for me with Scientology. But if I were to have an experience so real that there were no doubt in my mind that it were true, then I imagine that I would have to question what my religion teaches. The jury is still out for me regarding that issue. I am forever searching for answers. This is a much stranger world than meets the eye. One can not seriously study the writings of LRH and still stay in the box most people are so comfortable in. All geniuses have to throw out convention and think outside the box.

I am of the opinion that the answers and cures for 4S are going to come from a place like that from people with the courage and intellect to think in that way. It may just require the ability to observe the obvious.

Lets hope that it may start here.
